As I was putting together a meal plan for a customer earlier this weekend, I realized just how much food you actually get with 21 day fix. Not only that, I realized just how easy it is to be able to mix it up and create variety in your diet.
I've figured this out before, but now I'm seeing a different side to it. Especially with the new fixate show, I am able to try more recipes, and know they are 21 day fix approved!
So, this week, I have committed to trying 3 new recipes from Fixate and incorporating them into my meal plan. Since I was working all weekend, but shopping and meal prep will be done tomorrow, but stay tuned for updates on each of the recipes I choose and try!
